Cancellation PolicyStandard Rate : The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 90% the room rate as cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room more.
Non Refundable Rate : For the non refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee. If a guest is scheduled to fly in but is unable to travel because of flight cancellations, Guests may reschedule their stay upon proof of flight cancellation.
Amendment Policy : Amendments will be treated as cancellation. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
Guests unable to depart : Guests who are @ the Hotel and unable to depart due to closures and/or flight / Train cancellations will be offered accommodations and all services at a preferential rate, to be paid directly at the Hotel. These inclement weather rates are extended as a special courtesy due to the situation, subsidized by the hotel and not available otherwise.
This policy is for individual travel booked directly with the property; it does not apply to groups or 3rd parties.
Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.Important InformationDue to the fact that the Hotel is surrounded by local area / city / village house it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.

Maximum food are depend as per the therapy and consultant by doctors. Surrounded by hills here we can enjoy the pure veg and homemade food less oily, no spices. These include fresh fruit and juices, vegetables and herbs, honey, whole grains, nuts, and seeds and should be organically grown, locally sourced, (where possible) unprocessed and additive and preservative free.
